These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the Colorin AI Affiliate Program works and define the rules for participating as an affiliate.

By joining the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. About the Affiliate Program

The Colorin AI Affiliate Program allows independent creators and marketers (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new paying users to the Colorin AI platform using a unique referral link.

The program is performance based only. Commissions are earned solely from successful referrals that result in paid subscriptions.

2. Who Can Join

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Participate as an independent individual or legal entity

ColorIn, LLC reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

3. Independent Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or representative relationship between you and ColorIn, LLC.

Affiliates are not authorized to act on behalf of Colorin AI, represent the company, or make commitments in its name.

4. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on qualifying subscription payments made by referred users.

  • Commissions are earned for the lifetime of the subscription, meaning as long as the referred user remains an active paying customer and the affiliate account remains in good standing.

  • “Lifetime” refers to the duration of the customer’s active subscription and does not guarantee any minimum time period.

ColorIn, LLC may update commission structures for future referrals at any time.

5. Referral Tracking

  • Each affiliate receives a unique referral link for tracking purposes.

  • Cookie duration is 90 days.

  • Attribution is based on last-click attribution prior to user registration.

ColorIn, LLC is not responsible for referrals that are not tracked due to browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, or technical issues.

6. Payments

  • Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Payments are issued once per month.

  • The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.

  • All affiliate payments are made exclusively via PayPal.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account information is correct and for handling any taxes, fees, or obligations related to received payments.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Abuse

Commissions may be withheld, adjusted, or canceled if any of the following occur:

  • Refunds or chargebacks

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Violation of these Terms

ColorIn, LLC’s decisions regarding these matters are final.

8. How You May Promote Colorin AI

Affiliates may promote Colorin AI through their own content, including but not limited to:

  • Social media posts

  • Videos

  • Blogs or articles

  • Tutorials and reviews

All promotional content must be honest, accurate, and must not misrepresent the product or potential earnings.

9. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Referring yourself or attempting to earn commissions on your own account

  • Spam, misleading, or deceptive promotional practices

  • Making income guarantees or false earnings claims

  • Running paid ads using the Colorin AI brand name without written permission

  • Brand bidding on search engines

  • Impersonating Colorin AI or claiming to represent the company

  • Any fraudulent, unethical, or abusive behavior

Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Brand Usage

Affiliates may mention the Colorin AI name for descriptive purposes only.

Affiliates may not:

  • Use official logos or brand assets without authorization

  • Create websites, ads, or accounts that appear to be owned or operated by ColorIn, LLC

  • Present themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives

11. No Earnings Guarantees

ColorIn, LLC does not guarantee any income, earnings, or level of success.

Affiliate results vary depending on individual effort, audience, content strategy, and market conditions.

12. Account Termination

ColorIn, LLC may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, to protect the platform, users, or brand.

Unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination.

13. Program Changes

ColorIn, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorIn, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
